HAVING A GOOD LIFE IS OBTAINED BY HAVING A HEALTHY BODY. BUT HOW DO WE OBTAIN A HEALTHY BODY? THERE ARE MANY WAYS FOR THAT. OUR BODY NEEDS NUTRITION FOR IT TO FUNCTION VERY WELL. IN ADDITION, THESE NUTRITIONAL FOOD COULD BE OBTAINED FROM GREEN VEGETABLES AND OTHER MINERALS.
IN OUR SITUATION TODAY, MOST OF US ARE SUFFERING OF MANY DISEASES AND THERE ARE INCREASING AMOUNT OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE DIEASES WHICH IS INCURABLE. THE ONLY THING WE COULD DO IS TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFE AND AVOID THOSE DISEASES. BUT HOW DO WE AVOID THOSE DISEASES? THE SIMPLEST WAY IS TO WASH OUR HANDS PROPERLY. BY DOING THIS, WE COULD AVOID SOME TRANSMITTED DISEASES IF EVER SOMEONE IS INFECTED OF THE DISEASES TRANSMITING IT TO US. PROPER HYGIENE IS ALSO NEEDED AND OTHER MORE WAYS THAT WE MUST DO JUST TO KEEP AWAY FROM EPIDEMIC AND INFECTIOUS DISEASES.
IN FACT, THOSE DISEASES COULD NOT BE OBTAINED ONLY WHEN WE MAINTAIN OUR GOOD HEALTH AND HAVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.
